Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.
MasalaBro considers the order’s current status (e.g., purchased from vendor, already shipped) when reviewing cancellation requests. Orders in these stages cannot be cancelled.
If cancelled before shipment, you’ll receive a full refund (100%).
Custom-packed products cannot be cancelled after creation.
Returns & Replacements
You have 8 hours from delivery to request a return or replacement.
Valid reasons include incorrect item received or product spoilage.
To facilitate decision-making, please provide photos and clear explanations to our support team.
We cannot offer refunds based on taste preference or dissatisfaction (as long as the product is within its expiry date).
Damaged Products
Report damaged products to our support team within 8 hours of receiving your shipment.
Include photos to help us address the issue with the courier company.
Upon approval, MasalaBro will offer a refund in the form of voucher or replacement.
Replacements
We will typically ship a replacement of the same product.
If unavailable, we’ll discuss alternative options and ship an equivalent product with your consent.
Refunds
MasalaBro processes approved refunds within 1-2 business days.
Our payment gateway partner then takes 4-7 business days to complete the refund process.
