    We use recommended, heavy-duty, food-safe packaging materials to ensure that our products arrive in perfect, consumable condition during international transit. Every package is double-checked before dispatch to support compliance with food handling and export regulatory guidelines.

     

    Delivery Timeframes

    We aim to deliver your purchases on time and in excellent condition. We partner exclusively with DHL Express for our international deliveries. Our fulfillment days in India are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

    We specialize in delivering directly to your doorstep in Central Europe with the following estimated transit times after dispatch:

    – Germany: 3 to 5 business days

    – Austria: 3 to 5 business days

    – Poland: 3 to 5 business days

    – Czech Republic: 3 to 5 business days

    – Slovakia: 4 to 6 business days

     

    Shipment Tracking

    As soon as your package is securely sealed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email directly from DHL Express containing your Waybill Number (AWB). You can track your shipment’s journey in real-time through the DHL website. For ultimate convenience, DHL provides an On Demand Delivery portal, allowing you to manage your delivery preferences, authorize a signature-free drop-off, or route your package to a local DHL Service Point or Packstation.

     

    Damaged on Arrival

    If your package arrives with severe, visible external damage, please refuse delivery from the courier where possible and contact Customer Care immediately with your order reference number. If you open the package and a product is damaged or unsuitable for consumption, please do not consume it. Contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review the issue and provide a refund.

     

    Customs, VAT

    To provide a frictionless delivery experience, Masalabro operates a fully compliant model for our European customers. We deliberately cap our orders at the €150 EU regulatory threshold per cart. This means the mandatory European VAT is automatically calculated and securely collected during your checkout on our website.

    Because of this process, your package clears EU customs smoothly and instantly, ensuring there are no hidden disbursement fees, courier handling charges, or surprise tax bills required at your doorstep.

     

    Legal and Compliance Notice

    While VAT is pre-cleared, final physical admissibility of any agricultural or food product rests entirely with the local customs authority (Zoll) in the destination country. We actively curate our catalog to exclude prohibited items, but we cannot be held liable in the rare event that local authorities delay or inspect a package due to routine border checks. We may also disclose information to law enforcement authorities if required by law or a valid court order.
