For all Refund/Replacement and Cancellation requests, please reach out to our support team via email:



  • You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.

  • MasalaBro considers the order’s current status (e.g., purchased from vendor, already shipped) when reviewing cancellation requests. Orders in these stages cannot be cancelled.

  • If cancelled before shipment, you’ll receive a full refund (100%).

  • Custom-packed products cannot be cancelled after creation.

Returns & Replacements

  • You have 8 hours from delivery to request a return or replacement.

  • Valid reasons include incorrect item received or product spoilage.

  • To facilitate decision-making, please provide photos and clear explanations to our support team.

  • We cannot offer refunds based on taste preference or dissatisfaction (as long as the product is within its expiry date).

Damaged Products

  • Report damaged products to our support team within 8 hours of receiving your shipment.

  • Include photos to help us address the issue with the courier company.

  • Upon approval, MasalaBro will offer a refund in the form of voucher or replacement.


  • We will typically ship a replacement of the same product.

  • If unavailable, we’ll discuss alternative options and ship an equivalent product with your consent.


  • MasalaBro processes approved refunds within 1-2 business days.

  • Our payment gateway partner then takes 4-7 business days to complete the refund process.
