1. The Tempering: Heat edible oil in a pan and lightly fry 2 red chillies and a few fresh curry leaves.
2. Add the Mix: Turn off the heat. Add 50g of Sakthi Lemon Rice Powder along with approximately 600g of cooked, cooled rice.
3. Stir & Rest: Stir gently until the grains turn vibrant yellow. Close the vessel for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to fuse, then serve hot with papad or potato fry. (Note: No need to add extra salt!)
